Delete your account and your data
Applies to the Aks Laces & Patches Android app
You can delete your account yourself, inside the app, at any time. It takes under a minute and needs no email to us.
Delete it in the app
- Open the Aks Laces & Patches app
- Go to the Profile tab (bottom right)
- Tap My Account
- Tap Delete Account and confirm
You will be signed out and returned to the login screen. The deletion happens immediately.
What gets deleted
- Your profile — name, email address and phone number
- Your saved delivery address
- The fabric photographs you uploaded for lace matching
- Your order history and saved analyses
- Your login credentials
What may be kept, and why
Basic transaction records — such as the fact an order was placed, its value and its delivery date — may be retained for as long as tax and accounting rules require. These records do not include your fabric photographs, and they are never used for marketing.
If you cannot use the app
If you have already uninstalled the app, changed phone, or cannot sign in, email us and we will delete your account for you:

Write from the email address linked to your account if you can, and put "Account deletion request" in the subject. We will action it within 7 days and confirm by reply.
