Where we deliver
We deliver anywhere in Pakistan by courier. For international orders, email us first and we will confirm whether we can ship to you and what it costs.
How long it takes

These are estimates from the courier, not guarantees. We will tell you if something is delayed.
Charges
Delivery is charged at the courier's rate and confirmed with you on WhatsApp before your order is dispatched. There are no hidden fees.
Tracking
You will receive the courier's tracking number once your order ships. You can also see the status of any order in the app under My Orders.
Returns and refunds
If something is wrong
If your lace arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery:
Please include your order number and a photograph showing the problem. We will repair, replace or refund it — your choice, where possible.
Cut lace
Lace is cut to the length you order, so it cannot be resold. For that reason cut-to-length lace that matches your order cannot normally be returned or exchanged. This does not affect your rights if the lace is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are usually paid within 5“7 working days, by the same method you paid with, or by bank transfer where that is not possible.
Before you cut
If you are unsure whether a lace suits your fabric, check before cutting. Hold it against the cloth in daylight, or use the app's fabric matching to compare options first.
